Explaining a Complex Subject to a Discerning Audience

THE CHALLENGE

A tailored application system needed to be presented with an awareness of the issues plaguing higher-ed organizations. They needed to be presented as approachable to increase conversions.

In coordination with Orchestrate Application Systems, I scripted and produced this short introduction to the Orchestrate Application Process. The short video details the capabilities of the system without getting into the weeds of industry technicalities.

A Weekly Series to Drive Brand Awareness

THE CHALLENGE

Regular content is an issue for businesses large and small. This Managed Service Provider needed content for social media that didn’t take much time or effort but kept them actively engaged online. 

THE SOLUTION

TipsonDemand, a play on the brand’s name, became a weekly 30-second video series that kept ITonDemand in the public eye. It also became a way for the company to educate the public on technology issues as well as their services. In one day of work, enough content would be produced for 2 months of activity.

THE CHALLENGE

While some subjects are familiar to those working digital industries, associations, nonprofits, and similar organizations often don’t have a working knowledge of web security. With a Google Chrome update, websites without SSL certificates were labeled as Not Secure.

THE SOLUTION

Education is the first step towards turning a visitor into a customer. In this one minute video, I explain the basics of how SSL works and what it adds to your website.
